The album was recorded in Portland, OR at Jacob Portrait’s (of Unknown Mortal Orchestra) The Cave recording studio. Gauntlet Hair are set to tour North America starting April 22nd in New York and eventually ending in San Diego. A rotating cast of Pictureplane, IG88 and Dana Buoy – the new solo project of Akron/Family’s Dana Janssen, will join GH in their shows. Check out the full list of dates below!

After a good ole run-in with the police, the band and crew are forced to cut their work a bit short, but as always, the end product is stellar (and it all happened under a bridge).
